ABOUT HEALTH COACHING

Health coaching is a growing profession that improves overall health and lowers healthcare costs.

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I am trained to serve as a coach, mentor, and guide to help people reach their health and wellness goals so they can be healthier and happier.  I get people to do the things they know they should be doing for their health—but don’t.

Positive lifestyle changes contribute to the achievement of an individual’s personal wellness goals, lower their healthcare costs, reduce their risk of developing a chronic disease, and increase energy, productivity, and happiness.
